The power of making money on the internet begins with understanding the basic business model and using it effectively. Whether you offer an online or offline product or service, the model is the same. The biggest mistakes are using keywords that are extremely competitive, using too many keywords, and not using them in the titles of you websites, blog posts, or articles. Then, methodically input them into a keyword difficulty tool that will give you an idea of how easy it will be to get ranked for that keyword.

Choosing the most popular keywords will work great for expensive pay per click advertising but will take an incredible amount of time and effort to show up in an organic search. It may be a challenge but finding keyword phrases that have good search volume and a low level of difficulty will be worth the effort. Good keyword phrases can make you a lot of money.

Use your keywords in the title of your website and blog posts. It is also important to use these same phrases in the anchor text of your articles. Optimizing your website effectively will improve traffic to your pages. Converting that traffic to sales may take some testing and tracking. Having a beautiful website alone will not create sales.

Over and over I see very nice websites that are using keyword optimization but are missing a call to action for the reader. These websites are full of information about the company product, which is fine, but without effectively leading the reader through a sales funnel they will fail to generate a high level of income. Putting all this together requires the time, know how, and patience.

SEO Strategy

Traffic is essential to sales, the more traffic you receive the more people  you can reach via the internet.   SEO Strategy involves effective ways to generate more traffic by getting organic listings and cut the cost of advertising with PPC.  This can be done if you understand how the search engines think and what their spiders love.

There are two essential parts to SEO, on-site and off-site.  The following may seem too simple but those that make it more complicated are usually out to sell you on their service.

On-site SEO is what you do on your website, off-site SEO is what you do to get back links.  Read on to improve your Online MLM Marketing Strategy.

Google loves quality content and views blogs as high quality.  They also rank Video at the top and it can be a powerful tool to get a high listing.  If you do not use either one of these, or are not doing it correctly, you are leaving money on the table.  There are a few tweaks you can do to maximize your efforts.

A good blog starts with a Wordpress theme and a great hosting service.  I use BlueHost, with it’s one click uploads and unlimited hosting for seven dollars a month, it is the best.  Add the Wordpress all-in-one-SEO plug-in and you are ready to go.  The most important key to on-site SEO is using your keywords in your blog title.

Use your keywords in your title and use them in your content once every one hundred words.  Also, make your keyword the last word of your post.  This combined with the SEO plug-in is 80% of all on-line SEO.  The rest can get very complicated.

The offsite SEO is creating back links with anchor text.  One good way to that is with video and article marketing.  Video is necessary to a successful online business.  Your videos do not have to be great but they have to be there.  You do not even have to be in them.  You can use a PowerPoint presentation a create a video with a screen capture tool such as Camtasia.  I use a free version you can find at camstudio.org.

When your video is ready to upload, use TubeMogel, it’s free, and it will get your videoto several video sharing sites at the same time.  Be sure to use the same title and keyword you used in your blog post,  in the description, keep it simple, such as “for more info visit:  and enter the URL to the blog post.”  That will be your back link.

I recommend that you turn you blog post into an article and use the link to the post in your resource box.  Submit that to as many sites as you can an watch your Google rank.  When I follow these steps I will find my post or video, on page one or two of Google for that keyword the next day.  Use these tips to propel your MLM Marketing Strategy.
